Phil Neville has created his very own iPhone app, 'Phil Neville Football Training', to help and guide aspiring footballers, fans of the game and coaches, in getting a real insight in to how Phil lives his life as a top professional football player.

  Within the iPhone app you will be able to see Phil's training techniques, match footage, how he prepares physically and mentally for training and match day, as well as lifestyle tips on the footwear he uses to the foods he eats.

New footage will be regularly added, keeping the app highly engaging for any football fan.

When coming up with the concept for the iPhone app, Phil remembered when he was growing up how he always wanted to know how the professionals trained and prepared for match days. Now he is in a position where he can pass on a lot of useful tips and information.  

'Phil Neville Football Training' is a totally unique and groundbreaking app - it is the first to be released by a Premiership football player.

  An England International, Phil played for Manchester United for eleven years making 366 appearances for the club. While at Old Trafford, Phil helped United win six Premier League titles, three F.A Cups and the European Cup. Phil left Manchester United for Everton, arriving at Goodison Park in August 2005 where he is Club Captain and in 2009 guiding the team to an F.A Cup Final. In his career to date, Phil has represented England on 59 occasions
